What the contract covers
The service contract governs Bridge to China Education's support for your orientation, admission and scholarship applications. Below is a summary of the main points; the full contract prevails.
Article 0 — Provisions for minors
If the candidate is a minor, the contract is signed by their legal representative (parent or guardian).
Article 1 — Purpose of the agreement
Defines the scope of Bridge to China Education's support for orientation, admission and scholarship applications.
Article 2 — Scope of services
Details the services included in the base package and the additional options available.
Article 3 — Fees and payment terms
Specifies the applicable fees, excluding taxes and transfer costs, and the payment schedule.
Article 4 — Client obligations
Lists the candidate's commitments: accuracy of information, submission of documents, meeting deadlines.
Article 5 — Liability, timelines and withdrawal
Covers processing timelines, unforeseen circumstances and withdrawal conditions.
Article 6 — Policy in the event of refusal
Explains what happens if the universities contacted refuse admission.
Article 7 — Confidentiality and personal data
Commits Bridge to China Education to handling your documents and personal data confidentially.
Article 8 — Governing law and jurisdiction
The contract is governed by the law of the Republic of Congo and applicable OHADA Uniform Acts.
Article 9 — Signatures
The contract is drawn up in two original copies, one for each party.
